On March 31st, KIC-Europe and the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy launched the official opening ceremony of the K-TCLab @Fraunhofer Center in Leipzig. This initiative was set up to promote technology cooperation between Korea and Germany.
During this one day event, Dr On, Director of KIC-Europe and a delegation of German stakeholders discussed the challenges and opportunities of International Technology Commercialization and the perspective of Koreans on how to best promote the concept of “technology without borders”. The Joint solution approach is a landmark of how South Korean and Germany are pioneers in the internationalization of technology.
The opening of this new office in the heart of Leipzig is a gateway to Germany for Korean business parties of interest but also the first step to increase the inflows of technology between the two countries. KIC-Europe wishes in the future to create and promote the widespread of its technology and business commercialization in Europe and create long-lasting partnership with our counterparts in Germany.
